General
Our fees are either based on a time spent basis at the fee-earners hourly rate or on a fixed fee agreed prior to the commencement of each individual matter. We do, wherever possible, provide clients with costs estimates at the outset of their instructions to us. Please note that we are providing you with an estimate of anticipated costs in good faith based upon our experience, but unless stated clearly as fixed, such costs are estimates and not fixed-fees. Depending on the complexity of the case as it develops, we may also need to review our costs estimates with you from time to time.
Hourly rates
This firms’ hourly rates scale is set out below, time is charged in units of 6 minutes, so for instance, an hour has 10 units. The rates stated below were update and correct as at 1 January 2024. It is our policy to review our fees annually.

‘Disbursements’ are payments made by us to third parties on your behalf, such as Court Fees; Land Registry Fees or payments to HMRC. Disbursements are charged in addition to our fees.
