Jamieson Alexander's commercial team can:
- Properly form your Company, under the Companies Act 2006; LLP under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000, or partnership in accordance with the rules of the Partnership Act 1890.We can tailor your chosen structure specifically including drafting all associated documents such as partnership or shareholders agreements, your model Articles, or any contracts for employees, directors or partners;
- Draft your commercial documents, such as contracts for sale; terms and conditions; website policies; agency agreements and more;
- handle your commercial & property transactions, such as hiring an employee, taking on a new Lease of premises or agreeing to a joint business venture;
- assist in protecting your ideas and goodwill, for example by registering your intellectual property at the Intellectual Property Office under the Trademarks Act 1994, or drafting Confidentiality Agreements so that potential business ideas or deals are not poached by the competition;
- help with credit-control and debt-collection;
