Mustafa joined Jamieson Alexander in 2024 and leads our Residential Property team.

Mustafa specialises in all areas of residential property whether acting for individuals, buy-to-let companies or developers. He takes pride in providing expert advice whether you are a first time buyer or completing the sale of a residential development.

Mustafa deals with all aspects of residential leasehold and freehold properties including new builds and shared ownership, lease extensions, transfers of equity and private / commercial refinance. He especially enjoys problem solving and trying to find the best ways to deal with the more complicated aspects of residential property.

Mustafa prides himself on being friendly and approachable, going above and beyond for his clients and acting diligently and promptly.  Having lived overseas in the far east and being part of an international community, he has developed a global approach to legal delivery and always looks to learn who the client is and what their needs are, in conjunction with delivering results.

Mustafa was admitted in 2017 having trained at a national law firm following the completion of his LPC in Oxford. He has worked at boutique and large organisations and has over a decade of experience.

In his free time, he enjoys cycling, travelling, cooking and enjoying a pint from time to time with friends and colleagues.
